I have seen this corporate system in action. I have looked for a company that could provide a reason to believe in, a idea to devote all that time and energy too. A long term plan that includes me as a partner! What I found was a system designed around control and the exploitation that powers it.

I have a plan to do things differently, a plan to include everyone as partners! A plan to share in the profits! And we get to work for a company that demonstrates those ideals. The choice is simple.  It makes sense to find a way to work together for our common good on a long term plan for our future!
