I have a dream! We will build this city! It will be a city built by a true meritocratic company that makes no profit! All profits will be divided equally between the employees! The company owns nothing, people share everything!

WE WILL GIVE EVERYONE THEIR OWN HOME! CITY NEW BALANCE!

We will build this city!

We will give everyone their own home!

Or a home to share! If they want to!

That’s how we share to get along!

We can provide food clothing and shelter for every man, woman and child on this planet for the cost of 2 weeks without war! Something is desperately wrong here. Why haven’t the resources of this planet been used to help the people on it? Obviously, the people with the money don’t appear to have the will.. That leaves those of us with the will.. TO DO what needs to be done!

WE WILL RELEASE OUR PEOPLE FROM THEIR TRAUMAS! CITY NEW BALANCE!

 

It will be a very important task!

To release our people from their traumas!

Without those distractions!

We will be able to be our best for each other!

We are all carrying what feels like lifetimes of trauma and pain. These get in the way and don’t work for us much. CITY NEW BALANCE We will release all of our people from these things that distract us and free us to live better lives with each other.

I have seen this corporate system in action. I have looked for a company that could provide a reason to believe in, a idea to devote all that time and energy too. A long term plan that includes me as a partner! What I found was a system designed around control and the exploitation that powers it.

I have a plan to do things differently, a plan to include everyone as partners! A plan to share in the profits! And we get to work for a company that demonstrates those ideals. The choice is simple.  It makes sense to find a way to work together for our common good on a long term plan for our future!
